Vinaltura Blanco Bajío is not just a wine, it is a symphony of aromas and flavors that will transport you to the heart of the Colón Valley, Querétaro. To create this exceptional white wine, four grape varieties are carefully selected: Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Riesling.

Fermentation: Stainless steel tanks.
Aging: Without barrel, minimum 6 months in the bottle. Pairing: Cheese with honey, almond fish, toasted peanuts.

Smell:
High aromatic intensity with a fruity character highlighting notes of green melon, apple, quince and some floral notes such as chamomile.
