Vinaltura Espuma Bajío Blanc de Blancs is an extraordinary sparkling wine that is born from the perfect union of two exceptional grapes: Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc. Each one contributes its distinctive personality, creating a complex, balanced and flavorful wine.

Family: Bajío
Origin: Colon Valley, QRO.
Varietal: 50% Chardonnay - 50% Chein Blanc
Fermentation: TRADITIONAL method sparkling, double fermentation, first in stainless steel tank and second in bottle.
Aging: 18 months in contact with lees during second fermentation.
Pairing: Fruit salads, fish tacos, lemon pie, barbacoa, quesadillas with pumpkin blossom, huitlacoche and rajas.

Straw yellow with golden flashes with a fine, constant and abundant bubble; Pearls of very marked bubbles that end in a defined crown, highlighting the limpidity and brilliance.

Smell:
High aroma intensity where fruity and sweet notes such as apple, honey, seeds and nuts stand out.

Taste:
Broad attack on the palate with a very marked and pleasant explosion of bubbles, fresh, a dry wine with juicy acidity.
